Shannon is our wonderful Client Care Coordinator and is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit Vet Happiness. With a wealth of administration experience, she helps keep everything running smoothly while ensuring every client and patient feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Shannon loves getting to know both people and their pets, and is passionate about making every visit as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll usually find her enjoying a good coffee with her much-loved Labrador Retriever, Peaches, by her side.
